Gina was painting a sunny garden. Fox painted beside her. Gina dipped her brush in blue. Drip! A big blue splash landed right across her yellow sun. “Oh no,” she whispered. “That was not my plan.”
Gina squeezed her brush. Fox offered a clean cloth. “Would you like a little pause?” Gina put the brush down. She breathed in slowly, then out. Her hands relaxed. The splash was still there, but she felt ready to look again.
