For young explorers
Welcome to the Hollow. You can look around, listen to music and discover activities. If you need help, ask a parent, carer or another trusted adult.
- Keep private things private. Do not send your full name, address, school, phone number, passwords or photographs through the contact form.
- Ask an adult before following a link, creating an account or buying anything.
- You can turn sound off or pause the moving scenery.
- If something feels uncomfortable or confusing, stop and talk to a trusted adult.
For parents and carers
Heartwing Hollow introduces Gina’s world through activity pages, stories, music and learning information. Choose content according to your child’s interests, reading ability and support needs. A school year label describes the organisation of the Academy rather than a guarantee of curriculum alignment or individual suitability.
Accounts, child profiles, progress, Sparks and purchases operate in the Gina application, not through this website’s catalogue or contact form. Review the application’s Children and Parents Notice and other policies before using those services.
Privacy and contact
This contact form is for adults. Provide only the information needed for your enquiry and avoid unnecessary identifying information about a child. We do not offer public messaging, user-posted comments or advertising tracking on this website.
Optional preferences remain off until a choice is made. Essential form security and privacy-choice storage are explained in the Cookie policy. The Privacy policy explains information handling and rights.
Comfortable, supported use
Encourage breaks and comfortable brightness and volume. Help children interpret stories and factual questions, and adapt activities to their abilities. Supervise any real-world movement or creative activity suggested in linked learning content and check that the surroundings are safe.
Contact info@heartwinghollow.com about content or accessibility concerns. This website is not an emergency or safeguarding-reporting service; seek appropriate local assistance for an urgent safety concern.
