These terms cover HeartwingHollow.com, operated by HEARTWING MEDIA LTD, Cyprus company HE 499988, at 25 Voukourestiou Street, Neptune House, 1st Floor, 3045 Limassol, Cyprus. Contact info@heartwinghollow.com.

This website introduces a fictional world, provides activity information and locally hosted media, and accepts enquiries. It does not itself sell access or administer family accounts, Sparks or saved gameplay. When you launch an activity in the Gina application, its Terms of Service and relevant purchase terms apply. Nothing here replaces mandatory legal rights.

2. Browsing and family use

You may browse for lawful personal and family purposes. An adult should help children choose suitable material, manage external links and contact us where needed. Children should not submit personal details through the contact form. Browsing this website does not authorise a child to buy content or enter a paid contract.

The information and creative material support entertainment and discovery. Activities are not a substitute for professional educational, medical or safeguarding advice, and we do not guarantee particular learning results or suitability for every child.

3. Permitted use of content

Subject to these terms, you may view and listen to website content and make copies technically necessary for lawful browsing. You may save or print legal policies for your records.
